I personally dont like his music at all, I think the last song I liked was "The Block is Hot", yeah, that long ago. Hoo rah for his accomplishments selling a million and breaking records but, seriously??

To me, this is Hip Hop Blasphemy!!!

I agree. He's good, but way overhyped. Last tme I checked Nas, a fukkin legend, was still alive. Wayne aint even got nothing on my boy Jada.

I feel ABQ. I respect your opinion and feel where you are coming from. But honestly IMO and due to the fact that today's rap is total diareeha compared to what it was when we were growing up in the 80s - 90s.

Lil Wayne is one of thee best rappers out right now. Overall. The dude is creative, he has very good lyrical skills, and he is hot. Lyrically I put him on the list with Common, Andre 3000, Ludacris, and T.I. Shoot who else is there?

Real talk most all the rap albums have been poop this year save Rick Ross.

But one thing is for sure. Lil Wayne has that crossover appeal and he also has the youngsters on his team right now. Which is why he sold like he did. Peep this. My cousin who lives in Phoenix, Arizona said that a Best Buy in Scottsdale opened the store at midnight to realease his Tha Carter 3. Guess who was mostly in line? White girls. Boss, you can be hood and keep it real as you want. He said he hasn't seen nothing like that in Scottsdale since 50 Cent - The Massacure and before that 2Pac - All Eyes On Me.

Is he the best rapper alive. Probaly not. But I love the confidence. Like me. I feel Im the sexy man on the planet with the biggest penis. Probaly ain't true. But can't nobody tell me no different. I feel Im a mix of Denzel Washington and Brad Pitt with 14 inch club.

Personally anyone named Lil anything that is over 4 feet tall or over 11 years old just needs to change his name. Best rapper alive? I am not a huge rap guy but I do enjoy a good amount of it and he does not qualify on that list. JMO.

Love ya like a brother or24 but Jada stinks. Nobody outside the state of New York or New Jersey pays that bum any attention. Dude should start filling out job applications because his rap career is in the commode.

Yeah, alive...lil wayne doesnt even fall into my brain. With a Bob Dylan comparison?? No way.

But yeah Poke, he does have the biggest buzz in hip hop for sure...no denying that, hence the 1 mil in a week.

But to basically cut out cats like Nas, Jay z, Game...not to mention the the others mentioned like Luda, Common, TI...... just gotta shake my head at this article man.

I'm afraid I must agree. Jada puts me to sleep. He's been 'hot' on the freestyle circuit for some 10 years now. Still don't have a decent album to show. He was better off with Diddy.

He definitely ain't the best rapper alive. My wifey is a big fan of his and been waiting for Carter 3 to come out for a long time.

I really didn't want her to get it; i never digged Cash Money Millionaires or Hot Boyz, but when she forced me to hear Carter 3, **** was Fiya!

He's definitely evolved and changed his style up big time. It's the best hip hop album out right now. I still like Underground MC's nowadays more than the commercial **** though. Thats just me; i miss hip hop from the 80s and 90s.
