My bestest friend in the history of the world just got a promotion at work today and I just wanted to say congratulations girl.. you deserve it after all of that hard work, effort and sacrifice!!!

(excerpt from her boss)

It is with great pleasure that I announce the promotion of Nakita J** to Accounting Manager. Nakita joined ** in 2001 and has been a vital part of the Finance Department team since her first day on the job. She has assumed additional responsibilities each year in her role first as a mid-level and then a senior level Accountant. She is now ready for the next step. She recently completed her degree in Accounting and is looking forward to continuing to grow in her role as Accounting Manager. Her dedication to her responsibilities and her pursuit of continuous improvement in everything she does is widely recognized throughout the organization and it is a pleasure to work with her each day. I know you will want to join me in congratulating Nakita on her promotion and wishing her much success for the future.
