McFadden VS Peterson vid
I would cream myself if either of these guys were in Silver and Black. I was actually surprised that it looks as if Peterson has better moves. Anyway enjoy

They are elite because they explode right through the hole and when they see daylight, I think McFadden has better speed through the hole but not by much and Peterson does have better moves. I doubt we will be very high next year if we make the right moves this year so I would say Peterson over McFadden, unless the Raiders think we aren't going to do very good which in case is not very good.
If they both came out this year it might be a different story.

honestly both look amazing to me...but it looks to me like peterson has better moves and ability to fight through tacklers...like hes runs with a fuccin attitude...i love that....almost every highlight on there of mcfaddenwas him outrunning people...not talkin down on him just what i've observed through highlight reels and limited time watching college football...its not really my thing

I have a hard time buying into the McFadden hype. all the the highlights are of him running for big gains untouched. The man is fast, i get that, but in the nfl he isnt going to be running thru holes that big, and the defenses are going to be a lot faster. Not saying he isnt gonna be good, i am just saying the kid has a lot more to show me before i start to praise him.

I'll still take Quinn.

Both run very similar. I just think that McFadden is better. He plays on a team with less talent in a tougher conference. McFadden will be the better pro. Not saying that Peterson won't be and if he becomes a Raider I wouldn't mind. I just want McFadden next year.

To those of you that say you want McFadden, you do know how high of a draft pick we'll need to get for that right?

Based upon that video McFadden gets by on speed alone, Fargas would have looked as good behind that same line as McFadden barely had contact and didn't really have to make anyone miss.
Peterson displayed power & speed and will be the better pro imho... By the way; I would love to see this!

McFadden gets by on speed alone? - Yea ok!
If you truly believe this, you haven't watched him play. I've heard many opposing players say that he is almost impossible to tackle. I can't remember the coach that said it, but it was the one that coached Bo Jackson in college. He said that there has never been anyone that he has ever seen with the ability, size/speed ratio and natural talent as Bo, but Mcfadden is the closest thing that has been in the NCAA since. Nobody wants to tackle this guy, and when they do, they get punished. Remember the game we played against St. Louis this year, and afterwards they interviewed all of our D players and they were all talking about Steven Jackson. They were saying how fast he was for a big guy (230) and it was very difficult to tackle him. This is exactly what we need on the Raiders, somebody that the opposing team doesn't want to tackle.
