Offensive Coach who is in tact for that

Now that we got someone to coach us.Whoop whoop now we still need our offensive coach to put some points on the board.Should we try and snatch up patriots offensive coach or the saints.Or will art shell be making calls.I know they want to keep him there but for the raiders sake now i think it should be like they say in the chatrooms."IN THE BASEMENT"

Could we get him? maybe he'd have a better chance with us then Detroit, will he work for Kiffin who has no gray hair while Martz has all gray hair? I am sure that players don't care about age but what about older coaches? It would be nice to get him.

I heard Martz has a little ego issue, I doubt he would want to work under Kiffin.

WHY WOULD HE NOT? NOT ONLY WOULD BE TURNING AROUND A DISMAL OFFENSE, HE EVENTUALLY COULD BE GOOD FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AND GET A HEAD COACHING JOB SOMEWERE ELSE. NOT THAT I WOULD WANT THAT BUT MONEY TALKS IN THIS LEAGUE NOW.
