Whats the Draft Order???

I know that the Superbowl and stuff affect the Draft order...But what are like the top 20 picks or whatever.

SIDE NOTE: I'm not exactly sure why Cleveland doesn't have #3 pick all to themselves yet, I thought the first tie breaker in draft order is head to head................and correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Tampa destroy the Browns like two weeks ago in their HTH meeting?

Head to head counts for nothing in determining draft order.

Strength of schedule is the deciding factor and they must have been equal.

That hasn't always been the case has it? I remember in previous drafts they always went with HTH first if the two teams had the same record. As a matter of fact, I'm almost positive that's the way it used to be.
