Lendale White shouldn't even get carries. That's like giving the ball to Stephen Davis with LT on your roster. That guy should come in and take handoffs after bush has 3 td's and USC is up thirty. The guy is good but should never see the field unless reggie bush has to take a piss.

Yeah, okay. LenDale brings power which offsets the defenses focus on Reggie's speed. They compliment each other. LT is different because he has the power of LenDale and the speed/receiving ability of Bush. |

Nice posts guys.
I have to say, this USC offense is the best I have ever seen in college, ever! The backfield of Bush, White and Leinert is unstoppable. I think all will have great careers. Boy would I love to see any of those guys in S&B. We will probably be drafting in the middle of the pack if we finish 7-9 or better. Bush and Leinert will be gone. White will be available and could be intriguing when the Raiders name comes up. Oh well, it is still to early to be talking draft. Another thing about LenDale White though. Many years ago, USC had a blocking back that did just that for Charles White on his way to a Heisman. Next season, that blocking back won the Heisman himself. Marcus Allen. Sometimes, the other guy is overshadowed by the marquis player. USC has 2 gems in their backfield. Bush is the next Marshall Faulk. White is headed for a pretty good career and in the right system could surprize just like Marcus Allen did. |

If Bush leaves I'd expect White to stay in college as a year of starting could propel him way up to the top of the following draft. Whereas if he leaves this year he's probably not going to go anywhere near that high. I think Bush will leave this year with Leinert and they both go top 3 and White stays till next year and goes top 5 after a huge year.
All just speculation though at this time of the year! |

I don't see LenDale coming out early since he could make a name for himself if Bush decides to leave early for the NFL. As a USC fan I would love to see LenDale come back for his Senior year possibly position himself for his own Heisman.
