Underrated prospect?

Werner now at No. 5 Overall. The buzz about Sharrif Floyd isn't buzz anymore, he's looking more and more legit with Star Lotulelei reporting the heart condition, albeit a treatable one.

Everybody has their guys who they think are being undervalued. Real GM is no different.
RealGM Football: Encroachment: Top 123 For 2013 NFL Draft, Post-Combine Edition
Some interesting players in his top 100; here is his top 5:
Full Big Board here: FRG Scouting 2013 “BIG BOARD” | FRG Scouting1. Barkevious Mingo, DE, LSU (9.2)
FRG’s Take: Barkevious Mingo projects as the best pass rushing talent in the 2013 draft class. His explosive first step and overall speed will enable him to beat NFL tackles to the corner on a consistent basis. Mingo has everything you look for when targeting a dominant edge rusher.
2. Jonathan Cooper, OG, UNC (9.0)
FRG’s Take: Jonathan Cooper is one of the most gifted athletes to enter the NFL at the guard position in many years. Possessing footwork that would rival much lighter fullbacks and strength on par with NFL defensive tackles, Cooper has the potential to be a 10 year All Pro.
3. Tank Carradine, DE, Florida State (9.0)
FRG’s Take: Tank Carradine is the best-rounded player in the entire draft. Carradine will defend against the run as consistently as he will get to the quarterback. He is a high effort, snap-to-whistle player who can stay on the field for all three downs. NOTE: Recovering from late-season torn ACL.
4. Dion Jordan, OLB/DE, Oregon (9.0)
FRG’s Take: Dion Jordan offers the most unique skill-set of any defender in the 2013 NFL Draft. Standing at nearly 6’7”, Jordan has the movement skills of a linebacker combined with the quickness and body control needed to be a productive pass rusher in the NFL. Jordan’s ability to move in space and drop in coverage makes him an appealing player to just about every team, regardless of scheme.
5. Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia (8.9)
FRG’s Take: Tavon Austin is the elite playmaker in this year’s draft that will make an immediate impact in the NFL as a slot receiver and kick returner. What Austin lacks in size he makes up for with his initial burst off the LOS, balance, breaks out of his cuts, wiggle and second gear. Austin is a durable, tough player that will bring fans to their feet on a weekly basis.

went back to the beginning of this thread back in May '12 and it just solidifies my hope and want for the Raiders to draft Star Lotulelei.
even most of the analysts last year had Star in their top 3. he didn't do anything to drop in my eyes so i'm sticking by the big man.
![]()

reggie is definitely grabbing a linemen if we stay at #3 so star could be the guy..im still hoping he pulls the trade down..the only teams picking top12 who would be a threat to take him IMO would be the eagles/browns
i don't think Star will get past Cleveland at #6. new DC Ray Horton played a hybrid 3-4 in Arizona similar to Baltimore, so Star would literally be in a Haloti Ngata/Darnell Dockett role as a DE/DT. Philly is also said to really be high on him as well and Chip Kelly got heavy doses of Star for the last few years so he knows him well, and they lack a NT type DT on their roster.
if Star is the guy and the Raiders want to pickup picks, its to hope the Eagles go Dion Jordan at #4 after the Lions swap picks and a 2nd rounder with Oakland at #5. that would literally be my dream scenario, to see Star in silver and black and secure a 2nd rounder in the process.

theres so many scenarios floating around right now..i just read the one about a falcons insider saying a deal is in place with the raiders for #3 invloving falcons 2013-1014 picks as well as players...if their guy is on the board at #3 its a done deal...i literally want to goto sleep and wakeup tomorrow at draft time!!!im so impatient right now....this is the first time in years i have no idea who were targeting early...its going to be great to finally see what reggie is all about..his fixing the cap is great but this is where he will earn his payday!!
