A new 2009 mock draft

I like this for two reasons.

1. They've got us picking 14th, which would be a big improvement over picking 4th

2. They've got us taking a LT (finally)

Personally I think Michael Johnson is gonna blow up and be a really high pick.

He is my underclassmen to watch this season. His athleticism is off the charts.

We will see where our needs lie. I hope Mario Henderson can take the LT spot. We gave up 2 3rd's for a reason. Time to do something kid. If he stinks then I have no problem taking a LT but I would like to get a DE. Namely Michael Johnson or if a NT is available and Sands sucks again then that would be my pick.

So they have the Pats and the Cowboys in the SB? Funny to see that the Chiefs picking at #1 and the Donkey picking before us. Might be a bit early to start 2009 Mock Drafts but that is just me LOL

Al Woods will be the highest NT taken in awhile I think. I could easily see him being a top 10 pick.

HAHA the chiefs picking number 1 and in tha picture C.Wells looks like JaMarcus.

Why in the world would the raiders pick that oversize man to play LT in ZB..

I would go Heyward-bay..god damn that would be alot of speed on offense.

You can be a big lineman and play in a ZBS, you just have to be quick and agile. I haven't seen Loadholt play but Andre Smith is big and he has the quickness and agility to play in the ZBS. The Panthers use a ZBS and they drafted Otah, so I guess we'll see how that works.

As far as Heyward-Bay, I'm sick of drafting skill players. You can't win in the NFL building a team around CBs, safetys, RBs and WRs. Our team is light in the pants, we need some more meat on us. If we don't go LT we need to get a DE or maybe a MLB. I don't want to draft anybody under 250 lbs in the 1st round next year.

Phil Loadholt isn't an ideal LT in the ZBS.. Max Unger would be a better fit if they were going to draft an OT.
