So what if the kid wants to wear his dad's number? I think it's quite cool. Besides, the Raiders don't own a patent on the #75, let alone on other teams. Also, the Raiders don't retire numbers to begin with.

I'm sure niner fans felt worse when Rice strapped on #80 in the silver and black. As for Howie wearing a Rams hat, what, did you expect him to be wearing a Raiders hat? I think he cares a little more about his own flesh and blood than his old employer. Just a guess, though.
