Devin Thomas to visit the Raiders
ProFootballTalk.com - DEVIN IN DEMAND
Now after reading this, Im 100% confident 2 things will happen. -If Chris Long and Gholston are gone, we will trade down -We will trade the pick to move down no questions asked

I dont think the Raiders are Trading Down... The Raiders are Drafting DMAC...
Don't Be surprised if the Raiders Trade their way into the 1st Round and Draft Devin Thomas... I rather have DeSean Jackson... |

Yep, I would say that's the more likely scenario. There is not a chance in hell Davis trades out of the #4 spot with Chris Long, McFadden and Dorsey still on the board. I believe he's looking to somehow get back into the end of the 1st or early 2nd to get another pick, we all know he's done it before.

He has all the tools to be a true #1 WR. He could even be a pro-bowl WR in the NFL and he can return kicks. The only reason he isn't rated higher is because he was only productive his last year in college but that had alot to do with the team he was on (besides, the same criticism fits Chris Long). To me, he makes just as much sense as McFadden.

Agreed - this coming from the same guy (Slump) who also stated that Chris Johnson will be a better RB in the NFL than McFadden. Hey Slump are there any player(s) projected to be taken in the first three rounds that you don't think will be better pros than McFadden - just curious? Both Thomas and Johnson were one hit wonders in college which is a yellow or possibly red flag at least to me.
When we look back at this in a couple of year's time who knows maybe Slump will have been proven right. Until then

The Raiders aren't as bad under interim coach Tom Cable as they were under Lane Kiffin, who went 5-15 before his Sept. 30 firing. They're worse, as evidenced by three blowout losses -in four games. |
