I feel so bad for him. He had some potential too. What a shame for this to happen to a kid like that.

What exactly happened to his knee? Was it like the Kaufman injury to make it "one of the worst injuries I've ever seen"? I cant imagine how something like that would happen in Qb-Wr drills.

Poor guy, if it is career-ending. But the first I heard about it was he blew his knee. Something that gets scraped up and they're back playing in a few months.

I mean, the quote 'career-ending' came from a scout watching on the sidelines, not the doctor! Wtf.
Maybe he just meant he wouldn't get drafted now and might not when fully recovered. But that's not 'career-ending' in terms of an actual injury.

I am resisting the urge, due to his tragedy, if he were going to recover and likely get drafted despite the injury, all bets would be off. Making fun of people includes them in the human experience. Plus there was a thread about him possibly being a late round pick for the Raiders a while ago, most of us got it out of our system then.
