Water is very key in any diet

Allitle over 2 years ago i lost about 50 pounds. And since then i lost about 15 pounds...only to gain the 15 back...plus about another 5. Yea ive been slipping lately. But ive managed to keep the original 50 pounds off!!

How did i lose soo much weight? Honestly i didnt even work out that much. I Drank ALOT of Water. and i made sure to stay away from fatty foods. Sounds simple...but really. i forced myself to drink at least 8-10 glasses a day. and it really worked. In 2 and a half months i lost the 50 pounds...

But its been soo hard lately as i have been too busy to worry about my weight like i did before...

It is not just Water.. But rather eliminating the high fat foods from your local burger joint. 40/40/20 diet is working wonders for me..

I drink a gallon a day ... water helps keep the pipes clean ... like a hard rain washing out the sewer drains. Without it you'd get a back up from all the leaves sand and dead squirrels.
As for the food ... make healthy choices, Portion Control and DON'T skip Any Meals!

I agree - it may seem to "save" calories, but skipping meals is a BAD idea!
