  • Raiders part ways with linebacker Aaron Curry

    The Oakland Raiders have waived linebacker Aaron Curry following a brief stint with the team after being acquired from the Seattle Seahawks last season.

    Curry, who the Raiders gave up a 2012 seventh-round draft pick and 2013 fifth-round draft pick for in October of last season, missed all of preseason along with the first eight weeks of the regular season while being on the physically unable to perform list with hurt knees. Curry even spent some time in Los Angeles with a specialist during training camp in August.
