You know what's funny? A friend asked me to tell him what people on the board were saying and I was looking forward to saying that collectively the Nation is excited, optimistic and upbeat about Kiffen and I wasn't able to say that. I've decided (not that it means much) but I'm going to start to negative rep those who are so easily negative about everything, those who I have actively seeked positive comments from and never have been able to find one single thing they have to say about the Raiders, coaches, players, personnel that is positive or encouraging.
