I am new to the site, and from Pennsylvania. I am not a premium member but I love and am addicted to your site. I never thought about all the free people on this site like me making it such a problem for you. There are not alot of free things in life anymore, but the one free thing you have been giving me for the last 6 months is priceless in my book, and I thank you for all of it. Only RAIDERFANS would give part of him or herself for other fans to enjoy thier team for free. Believe me, I live around a bunch of Philadelphia Eagle fans, and they are a bunch of losers. Most are bandwagon jumpers,liars, exagerators, and quitters. Not a one of them that I have met, would stand behind thier team through 5 losing seasons,not a one! Every RAIDER Fan that I meet, has bled silver and black all thier life through thick and thin As I have. And yes I do have the RAIDERSHIELD tattoed on my arm. Just to spend time online with friends all over the nation with the same common bond, RAIDERS FOOTBALL and the love of the game, keeps my sence of pride going since i am stuck out here in Amish heaven. Someday I will be at a homegame, and get to meet most of you, but until that time, I thank you for this site and the honor to be on here with RAIDERFANS all over the world for free.

First of all great post. BK started this site for Raider fans to chat share ideas and news about our team. Over the years the membership has exploded and this is now the largest independent NFL site and maybe the largest independent sports forum period. With the amount of growth 21,010 and growing, the cost of running it has become very expensive to maintain monthly. Thus Premium Membership was created to provide those who wanted a bit extra the extra information news, photos at a small cost to help offset the growing cost which many months he pays out of his own pocket. But overall he wants to keep this going for all fans. Look forward to seeing you in Oakland. When you decide to come out check the Tailgate Forum for news.
