Quick reply & posting new threads

Admin team,

With the quick reply feature and when posting a new thread, I know from experience as an Administrator for a rugby league forum in Australia that you can add the tools (bold, italic, underline etc.) to the interface.

A trivial thing, yes, though convenient all the same

Is this something we can look at here?

Regards,

Yep, got my head around as to why we call it 'quick' reply mate, all I am saying is on other forums I have frequented or run the quick reply option has/can offer bold, underline and italic icons on this feature.

Thanks for the reply.

As a side note, when I got to advanced, I do not have those options. Possibly something to do with Safari and the iMac?

This is probably how the software package is written. Not sure about Safari I don't use my IMAC much. We have some Mac folks on the site maybe they will chime in on this. Maybe try Firefox for OS X. I do have Bold, Underline and other limited formatting tools as part of the Quick Reply option. http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail...o/1032985422/5

My Quick reply box has all of those features, without going advanced, and I use firefox.
