And it is his "potential" that is killing our chances of winning. DA needs to demonstrate/realize his potential if he hasn't already done so. Potential is useless if not realized in action, deed, and result. He has been learning on the job, on Mark's dime, for the past two years. I hope he has more potential than to win 4 games a year or this team is in real trouble.
Bro, I have no problem with what your saying, Im fed up with DA too! However 1) this is what you get when you hire inexperience coaches, & 2)if not DA then who? You want another coordinator or college coach? Who left?

    Hes had no consistency at the quarterback position, he has worked with a make **** roster, and his best player Mcfadden is always hurt. So its tuff to judge him on his record as a coach. However things you can judge him on are how our team has been prepared for other teams (terribly), play calling during the game ( horrible ), his indecisiveness ( playing two qbs in the same game and no one knows why ), amongst other calls he has made with his coaching staff. First its we are going to be a zone blocking team then its we are going to be a power blocking team. How about evaluate your talent and find out what they do well and work on that. Coaches aren't supposed to be locked into a system they are supposed to evaluate what they have, come up with a plan on how to use it, and put that plan into effect. Play the game to your strengths.
