Off Season dull drums? Not so fast.....

The last few years I have found myself in February, happy the season is over (because it was nearly 16 weeks of embarassment), looking forward with optimism to the next. But this year, I'm in no mans land. I'm like those favorite socks you've worn the last two years, fading and ready to split.
Now don't misinterpet this as me denoucing my Nation hood. The Raiders shield on my left arm is a testament to that. But the fiasco Al Davis and the Raiders have become, is taking its toll on me. It's not just the losing. I can handle the losses, especially if I know Al is working his ass off to get it right.
Unfortunately, to me, it seems that Al is less about "Just Win Baby" and more about "Just Obey Me Baby". For the first time in my life, I don't trust Al. I hate to say it, blog it, admit it, but it's true. I have lost faith in his ability to do the right thing. I used to think Al was the guy who always knew what to do. That he had that sense of self, knowing when to let others do thier job of fullfilling his SuperBowl missions.
Even when I cussed at him from under his box at the Los Angeles Coliseum, during the Raiders last home game there, I still believed in him to bring us back to World Champions. (For the record, the Raiders had a losing season that year and I told him if he was gonna put that bull**** out on the field, then he could take his ass back to Oakland. Who ever was sitting next to him, some old guy and I don't think it was Jim Otto, stood up to get a look at me, so I knew he heard.)
But now, he's pushed me to sending him, Amy Trask and many others in the organization this email:
Al Davis needs to be an owner only and give up all football operations.
He's lost his touch. Don't think so, look at the record since 1983.
The only constant in that mess called a record is Al Davis.
Mr. Davis, for the love of the Raiders, hire good people and let them do their jobs.
You just sit back and watch the fruits of their labor.
Then if it sucks, you can fire them, cause they acutually put the product together.
As it stands now, you are cooking the garbage and blaming others for the smell.
I will not allow you to waste my money on your poor judgement/draftpicks/stubborness/stupidity.
I am starting the offical AL DAVIS boycott. Don't buy anything that will put money in the pocket of Al Davis,
untill he does what is best for the Raiders, which is what all 31 other teams in the league do.
Hire a GM, Head Coach and let them put a team together.
MUCH RESPECT TO THE NATION
