I'm back once again with another interview with a rival SD Charger fan who actually is a well known poster on this Charger forum that he asked me not to name to get his take on the team some of his fellow fans can't stand and thats our Oakland Raiders. Just to remind you these interviews are 100% real and I post exactly what they have said to me so lets get right into it. Here it goes.
BlackHeart-When you think of the Oakland Raiders whats the first thing that comes to mind ?
Charger fan- As a Charger fan I have to think of our most hated rivals. I think Al Davis and all that he has done with that franchise. I do see improvement on the horizon for this next season.
BlackHeart-What is it about the Oakland Raiders that gets under the Charger fans skin ?
Charger fan- I don't think it is the team itself that gets charger fans riled up, I think it is the fan base's reputation. They have the reputation of being some of the most obnoxious fans in the NFL. I know that certain fans give the the overall fan base this reputation of a gang like following but I think that the fact all of the LA Raider fans that come down to San Diego anytime the Raiders are in town just add more heat to the fire that gets the Charger fans a little extra hyped.
BlackHeart-From what I was told its also like that little brother thats jealous of the bigger brother cause the bigger brother has achieved more and has the rewards to show for it while the lil brother hasn't made any achievements on the level his bigger brother has do you agree with that ?
Charger fan-I don't agree with that but it is how most teams are measured when it comes to Championships. If we were to look at it like a big brother Vs. lil brother relationship I'd say that the Chargers are at the point when the little brother is starting to out perform the older brother and the older brother is realizing that his kid brother is gonna be even better then he was.
BlackHeart-Have you ever been in Oakland, Ca wearing Charger colors ?
Charger fan-I have been to the city in my Chargers jersey and got the occasional "Chargers Suck" or a bad glance but never to a game. I spent 6 years in the Bay Area and never feared representing the Bolts but I do have to say that I get more flack from annoying 49er fans then the Raider Nation.
BlackHeart-OK, As a Raider fan I can honestly
say that LT is the best RB in the game today and has proved it against us countless of times. Do you see Darren Mcfadden coming close to being the RB LT is ?
Charger fan- Mcfadden was awesome in college but has done nothing in the NFL as of yet. I do think he will be a good player but LT is light years ahead of him. I don't think it is possible to put Mcfadden into LT's category until he proves himself able to put up the numbers and stay healthy. Get back to me in like 3 years and I will see how you like him as far as LT's status I'll let him speak for himself this year.
BlackHeart-Some Charger fans say that Russell and Mcfadden isn't a threat to them do you agree with that ?
Charger fan-I don't see them adding enough to the Raiders to threatening us for the AFC west title this year. I think they both show promise but with their oline I don't feel they will be a threat right now.
BlackHeart-OK, Do you know anything about that "LEAN LIKE A CHARGER" Video on You Tube ?
Charger fan- No Comment
BlackHeart- Come on dude you have nothing to say about that crazy video ? LOL
Charger fan- Kassim is the man....LOL
BlackHeart-How you like Norv Turner so far ?
Charger fan- He took us to the AFC Championship game so he is second to only Bobby Ross in terms of Charger head coaches.
BlackHeart-How many wins you see the Raiders getting this season ?
Charger fan-Hard to give a number of wins but I do see the Raiders finishing in second in the West ahead of Denver and the Chiefs. If I had to put a number I'd say around 7-8 wins.
BlackHeart-If you can say anything to the whole RaiderNation what would it be ?
Charger fan- Good luck this year. Beat the Broncos, Beat the Chiefs and I'll be looking forward to making it 11 in a row Go Chargers !!

I don't really have a problem with the Chargers "team" but I hate their fans as much as they hate us. I was in the Marines stationed at Camp Pendleton, and also worked security as Qualcomm Stadium for the Padres games when I wasn't in the field or deployed, so I've been around San Diego enough to know how it is. What bothers me is the fact that just because the Chargers have taken it to us for the last couple years, no one seems to remeber the whole history of the rivalry and the fact that the Raiders lead the all time series 54-40. Now, my point is, is how the hell do the Chargers fans think they're so much better, and that their team is "all time" so much better when we have 14 more wins than they do???? Not to mention the playoff wins or VINCE LOMBARDI SUPER BOWL TROPHIES. Last time I checked, we have three, they have none. So my question is this, WTF reason do they have to think that they are better than us??????????????????? Our times a comin' around the bend once again!!! STAY RAIDER, for those of you who are still here.
