Jets, Chiefs, and Ravens possible landing spots if the Pack decide to trade Favre.

Quote:
NFL Network's Adam Schefter suggest the Jets, Chiefs, and Ravens as possible landing spots if the Packers decide to trade Brett Favre.

Schefter strongly cautions that he's not reporting or trying to "rumor monger," but these would all be sensible landing spots. The Chiefs once traded for Joe Montana in a somewhat similar scenario. The Jets once thought they would get Favre, but settled for drafting Browning Nagle instead. In the end, however, Schefter says he wouldn't bet on Favre playing football in 2008.

No way he comes to NY. That's just me. None of the teams mentioned are SB ready, so what would be his purpose. GB won't give him to an NFC team and that's the easiest conference for him to make it to a SB. Unless of course the Patriots are sick of Tom Brady.LOL

why would you write an article about all the places Favre might play and then finish it with "but he probably wont play this year"?
