NFL commissioner Roger Goodell dismissed fears the Buffalo Bills will relocate to Toronto, adding he believes the franchise's future is more secure with the additional revenue it generates from playing an annual game north of the border. didn't we read in a previous article that regardless of what Godell wants....
Canadian officials will fight tooth and nail to keep the NFL OUT.
they view it as a hostle move, and the 1st step of the NFL swallowing the CFL whole.

I really don't care for the Bills either, but is there any kind of clause in the NFL by-laws about moving a team out of the country?
