Tennessee's DUI laws are a little lighter than some states. He can afford a cab for sure.

This type of news story concerning professional athletes getting DUI's seems to be an almost daily occurrence anymore.

in my opinion i think they dont care for the team if they want to drink and drive and risk it all to have fun .... its to close to the season for that , and will prob give them a less chance of starting...
