Almost as interesting as the decision to dismiss this case, was the legal justification for it by the judge’s own words. You can call Brann an Obama appointee and act as though the purpose was to appeal in the first place, but this judge is heavily tied to conservative organizations, incl the Federalist Society.

It should never be the legal objective to have evidentiary claims deemed meritless by a federal judge, and ultimately have the foundation of your once amended complaint dismissed. This logic that Trump’s $20k per day legal team wanted this outcome so that they could appeal is almost laughable.

The actual quotes and legal reasoning from Brann for the dismissal are interesting, though. Also, the fact that Senator Toomey (R) just congratulated president elect Biden (today) should give some insight to the trajectory of this case and it’s claims.

You state PA, then send a case for GA...both states have certified. There is no evidence and the evidentiary claim from GA means that the votes will be counted A THIRD TIME. Again, you have presented claims, not evidence.

You do realize the Democrats wanted it to be 2k since March but had to settle for 600 because that's what the GOP wanted. And after Trump complained (After he agreed to the deal with the GOP) the Dems brought the 2k to a vote again and the GOP voted it down. The GOP does not want the higher number.

The Dims wanted millions to bail out poorly ran blue states, Cali, Illinois, New York. People are fleeing those states like Rats on a sinking ship.

President Trump was willing to do a stand alone bill of 1200 bucks, But the Dims said no because it would have President Trumps name on it and no Bail out money.

So now the Dims are willing to change because they have a FRAUD president. who will help them with the Bail out.
