I don't think I can define boxing as a sport, sport is usually definitive in nature. If alterable through corruption schemes it is more of a gamble rather than victory for any combatant. It is similar to wrestling, at least the WWE is honest about it's product.

One of the worst decisions ever. Pac man was robbed. But he needs to blame himself some. He should have went for a knockout. Like Julio Cesar Chavez Jr last week. I thought he eased up because he thought he was so far ahead. Thats why I like open scoreing.....

I don't think there will be a rematch. Bradley knows he cant beat Mannny. He will ask for so much money he wont get. That will be his way out. Then who would buy the fight anyway to see Manny kick his ass again. Bradley might have won 3 rounds. I had it 11-1....

(edit) If Pac Man lost a fight it was the last Juan Manuel Marquez fight. Not this one. It wasn't close. Bradley couldn't break a piece of glass with his punches.....

More like the baiters think they're being baited. Like I said before, if I throw feed for the ducks and the stray dogs come to eat, maybe somebody should call animal control instead of getting upset because I'm feeding ducks. The ducks being ppl with an open mind open to another perspective in regards to the subject.

Saw this last night and posted it in your old thread.

Can't say I'm surprised at all. While I think they should award Pacquiao the win because it's the right thing to do, I guess we'll have to wait for the rematch.

Furthermore I'd like an explanation as to why it went the way it did originally. Was it corruption or incompetence?

I asked myself that also. I don't think the fix was in. But before the fight when Manny made them wait. I thought there might be some payback from 1 or more of the judges. That combined with the last Juan Manuel Marquez fight that a majority thought he won. Then add in incompetence....

I really don't think there will be a rematch. Arum won't lose $$. He promotes both. Bradley wants at least 10 million. Then add in what Pac man gets. I don't see many people wanting to pay to see them fight again. I rather pay for Juan Manuel Marquez vs Pacquiao 4. Or something like Chavez Jr vs Sergio Martinez. Or Pac Man vs Mayweather Jr....

I also don't like the way fights are scored. I know they don't want judges giving even rounds. But then when its close instead of even they guess. Or give it to the fighter they like better. So if a fighter wins rounds in a convincing fashion without a knockdown its 10-9. Same as the bogus 10-9 when it was an even round. Its a way for a judge to screw a fighter...

This is one reason MMA is getting so popular. The decision was a joke....

I did bet on Bradley at 3-1 and won. so to me that's all that matters . By the way I didn't watch it cause I was working but when I saw the news I was actually shocked that Manny had lost. But like the one poster said about Manny waiting for the Celtics game to end before he gets into the ring to me that told me he wasn't going to be mentally focused while in there, that's when I put the money on Bradley. Manny took him to lightly IMO
