Moving up a couple of spots in both polls you posted seems fair considering how we did against Nevada and how the other ranked teams did last weekend IMO. Tougher opponent next week in Michigan at The Big House. LET'S GO IRISH
Getting ready for some freshly squeezed Orange juice tomorrow.

There are cream puff schedules and then theres this bull****. Akron? Syracuse?? Eastern Illinios??? Temple???? Are you serious? How are ANY of those teams a "Great Show"? I know the Big 10 is pretty much a pile of ****, but atleast schedule some REAL out of conference matchups and god forbid you play any games on the road this year.
You guys are almost like Notre Dame of several years ago. Play a weak schedule, cruise into the BCS, then what happens?

Good job Cal Bears!!!! Destroyed a team they were supposed to destroy. Should move up in AP due to Oklahoma State losing.
Stanford should have won that game on the road against Wake. Andrew Luk is going to be a stud. Harbaugh will have that program ranked in no time.
The Bruins went on the road and beat the Vols and Lame Keffen!!! Not a Bruin fan but was for a couple of hours yesterday. How about that playcall on 4th and goal?Classic keffen. And that offense sucks!!! Vols fans can blame Crompton all they want. I thought Josh McCown went back in time and was playing for them. The problem is keffen's offense. It's all bootlegs, bubble screens and slants. A defense will figure it out quick.
I thought USC would blow out OSU. Too much to expect the young QB Barkley to execute flawlessly playing on the road in that environment for the first time. That might end up being a rematch in the Rose Bowl but I hope Cal gets in there.
We want to win. The Raider fans deserve it. The Raider players deserve it, even my organization deserves it. You have to win and you have to win with a vision for the Super Bowl. That's our passion here. - Al Davis![]()
I went to the Cal game Saturday and it was a lot of fun. They took care of business. Jahvid continues to stay in contention for the heisman. Vereen had another workhorse type day. And we got a glimpse of the future at RB for Cal in true freshman Sofele taking a nice run into the endzone.
The defense looked sharp but I thought they stuck with their traditional 3-4 look against EWU's spread offense for too long. They should have gone to more of a nickle look earlier in the first half. Mychal Kendricks has a chance to be a very special player and continues to rack up the tackle totals. And he doesn't get much love but Bryan Anger is the best punter in the nation and should have a good shot at all-american honers.
