Good list, but disagree with the positions of those people. Joe Buck is ranked too low, there have never been a Yankees-Red Sox game nor an NFC East sissyfight he didn't like. ALso is one of the biggest asskissers of teams with lots of tradition & history. I swear all he says are these type of gems:

"The Yankees & Red Sox are baseball's biggest rivalry, the Yanks have 26 World Championships, the Cowboys & Redskins is the NFL's most heated rivalry, the NFC East is the most prestigious division in football, et al & ad nausem" WOW, is that all you can say Buck?

Also, I gotta say Steve Phillips is up there, I swear is there a bigger Red Sox asskisser in the entire sports media than that guy? Watch an episode of Baseball Tonight & you will see what we Angels fans have put up from that assclown.

Yeah, Joe Buck is terrible. I can't watch games he calls anymore. Judging by the 2007 playoffs covered by TBS, Chip Caray is eerily similar to Buck, so I don't know why there is so much separation between the two.

Absolutely. Is this list just announcers, or does it include "analysts" as well? Cause I don't recall Skip Bayless, John Kruk, Tiki Barber, Merril Hoge, Mike Francessa, etc., announcing games, they're just putrid "analysts" with agendas as far as I know.

And regardless, Steve Phillips deserves to be MUUUUUUUUCH higher on this list like you said.

I also agree with the guy that said "The Hawk" deserves to be much higher than he is ranked. That guy is perhaps the biggest homer announcer in the 4 major sports.
