Does he play DT?
The Fort Campbell Falcons have advanced to the semi-finals of the Kentucky 2A playoffs. They beat Owensboro Catholic 48-35 in a tough game at Fryer Stadium (Fort Campbell's home field).
Next week, in the semi-finals, they play the Monroe County Falcons for a possible return to the state championship game.

The Fort Campbell Falcons advanced to their second straight state championship game with a victory at the Monroe County Falcons homefield by a score of 34-18.
It was a really tough game, and the defense of the FC Falcons really played well. My son played well, and proved to me again (via the internet) why he's my favorite football player in the world. I'm so proud of him and happy for the rest of the team.
They return to Papa John's Stadium in Louisville, Kentucky for a repeat of last year's 2A Championship game with the Newport Central Catholic Thorobreds. Last year the Falcons left with the win and we hope to do the same this season.
If you're in the Louisville area, and want to catch a good game of high school football, this is the game. The 6A game of Trinity V Simon-Kenton isn't gonna be as good; with that said, Michael Bush's high school (Male HS) lost it's semi-final game to the #4 seed Simon-Kenton (who is a team with a HUGE hill to climb against nationally ranked Trinity).

RASPBERRY!!!
^Thanks cc.
I wanted to take a moment and post a few things about the Fort Campbell Falcons.
I recently saw a piece on ESPN about some high school out in California with Joe Montana's son, Wayne Gretzky's son, and Will Smith's son. While the piece was entertaining and all because of it's trivial nature, and our obsession with fame, I couldn't help but wonder about our very own Fort Campbell Falcons. These boys face a challenge that virtually no other high school (as a whole) has to face.
Growing up is hard, growing up knowing that one of your parents may not come home is even harder.

They did it!
It was a really close game, 26-23, going down to the final minutes of the game.

They're back in the gym, have been so since returning from Christmas break. My son was approached about filling the vacant MLB position and he's losing about 40-45 pounds to get there. MLB is the position that he's always wanted to play, and is doing all that he can to take that spot on the roster.
I've also thrown together a few designs for merchandise, with all proceeds going to the team --> Falcons Merchandise
