Thumbs up 2008 Beijing Olympics
Who, besides me, is a fan of the Olympic games? I have always loved the Olympic Games ever since I was a kid.

Hopefully Team U.S.A. wins as many gold medals as possible!

I love watching the Olympics.
Team Germany is currently on #4 in the medal chart, which is actually not that bad. China is the nation to beat, already 17 gold medals. However, doping checks are a joke at these Olympics from what I've heard.

I love the 'mano o mano' sports, like the races.

But I hate all those sports that require "judges" - like the gymnastics, diving, figure skating, and such. Even boxing to some extent, when it's not settled in the ring. And those sports that need "officiating" can leave a bad taste in my mouth at this "International" level.

But it's the telecast that really irks me. They've been showing a bunch of crap. Have they ever showed the Woman's basketball team yet? I've been unable to find it, and they've already completed their 2nd game. I only seen the men against China, and that's it.

I've been smothered with the beach vollyball, gymnastics, and diving. Luckily, I have seen some of the swimming events, so ... .

Did anyone see Usain Bolt's 100m finish!!!??? He shattered the World record and he eased off near the end he could have finished even quicker, he made it look soooo easy.
