Awesome, man! My grandma and uncle were at the Ravine last night. I hope you bring the same luck with you tonight as you did last week!

    GO BLUE!..

Well well well, weren't we in for a dose of reality last night?

Phillies proved they are still the better team over the Dodgers last night.

The Phillies may be better team, but they were 2 bad pitches away from tieing this series up. Props to Victorino and Stairs for hitting those clutch homeruns!

It ain't over til it's over. GO DODGERS!..

Does this Dodger/Phillie series remind anyone else of the Laker/Celtic series? The Celtics win game 1 by a second half comeback, then take game 2 in a romp. Then the Lakers win game 3 and blow game 4 at the end.

I hope it doesn't end the same way. We need to find a way to get this done!..

Now that the Dodgers season is over and Mannywood is going home to be with his family, I wonder what the Dodgers fans think about bringing him back. Did you read this:

"I want to thank the fans for their great support. I think it was a great trade," he said regarding the July 31 deal that got him out of Boston. "I just want to go home and spend some time with my family. I want to see who is the highest bidder. Gas is up and so am I."

I assume that ya'll would want him back right? He was a f'ing monster for 2 1/2 months. I wonder though if a 4-5 year deal worth $20 million a season is going to be worth it in the end. It will be interesting, sounds to me like Manny is only loyal to himself right now, whomever pony's up the most cash and years will get his services.

I'm thinking that if McCourt really wants to be back in the post-season, he pays the big bucks to CC Sabathia too, without a better rotation it won't matter what Manny does. The Dodgers certainly have some pieces in place, but with 14 free agents and a huge need for pitching, Manny may be too expensive.

This is blood for blood and by the gallons. These are the old days man, the bad days, the all-or-nothing days. They're back! There's no choices left. And I'm ready for war.
