Re: Good take

[quote:d28145beba="SoCalRaider"]NYJET4Ever good take. I've got respect for somebody who is not willing to accept losing, and even call his team out when necessary.

But to be absolutely honest with you, I am not at all nervous about playing the Jets. I really don't think the Jets match up well with the Raiders. Rich Gannon and our offensive line played one of their worst games during our regular season match up with you guys and we still won pretty convincingly. I don't think you guys can run the ball on us, but you should have some success through the air if Pennington doesn't try to go deep. Special teams should help you guys win the field position battle but can you guys really stay with a team coming off a bye week for 60 minutes?

The only team that really concerned me was the Dolphins simply because they had the defensive backs to stop our WRs and their best pass rusher lined up against our worst offensive lineman. The Jets secondary doesn't hold a candle to Miami's and your best pass rusher is lined up against our best offensive lineman.

I think the game will be close at the half, but I expect the Raiders to put it away in the second half like they did on Monday night.[/quote:d28145beba]

Well I don't blame you one bit for having confidence. Afterall, if I had every game I played at home against a certain team, well hell, I'd feel pretty comfortable too, and wouldn't worry at all.

Just beware of this team. They can beat you any which way. They are fast. They are precise. They are physical. One thing they are not is old.

Good luck Sunday!
