Well that was pretty close to a football take so I'll respond by saying the Raiders week off will not hurt the Raiders. The Raiders had numerous players that were banged up and needed that time to heal their bodies. The secondary while not 100% will be close enough to take care of the Jets. I'm sure that the Jets will make some plays, but I am sure that Chad Pennington will be throwing his first playoff interception this sunday (maybe his second and third too). The Raiders will stop the Jets running game with Parrella and Adams clogging the middle freeing up Harris and Barton to make Martins day really long. That added pressure will be what causes CP to make mistakes (like last time when he threw INT in last 30 seconds). On offense it is all about the Raiders offensive line. Some Jet fans mentioned Abraham introducing himself to Gannon, well Lincoln Kennedy (and Mo Collins, and Barry Sims) will have something to say about that. I'm not saying Gannon won't get sacked but I am saying that the Raiders will control the Jets defensive front for the balance of the game.
