The funny part of all of this is that Both men are physical freaks that don't come along except every 10 years or so. I frankly thought Al couldn't miss with either one. I don't know how you can really critique the pick of either one...even now. It is very funny that the prognosticators try to act like it was a bad pick at the time and we did it only for his big arm...where he was the #1 ranked player in everyone's list.
i honestly would have wanted Megatron or AD and had the collective of Culpepper, McCown and Walter figure it out since Russell's rookie season was a wash and didn't help the team one bit anyway. at the very least we would have seen either Calvin or Adrian Peterson do some damage by doing something on the field other than a throwaway final game of the season against the Chargers.
