We'll Norv was clearly the wrong answer to this question. I questioned this one from the beginning. I had some optimism early, but now that the team has bombed so far, it's clear that Norv has lost this team. I saw the KFFL article to the same effect (below).

So now that Norv is done (I believe), I'll ask again. Any ideas on good replacements?
