He definitely ain't the best rapper alive. My wifey is a big fan of his and been waiting for Carter 3 to come out for a long time.

I really didn't want her to get it; i never digged Cash Money Millionaires or Hot Boyz, but when she forced me to hear Carter 3, **** was Fiya!

He's definitely evolved and changed his style up big time. It's the best hip hop album out right now. I still like Underground MC's nowadays more than the commercial **** though. Thats just me; i miss hip hop from the 80s and 90s.
