Interesting point. I definitely hear what Vegasraider is saying, but this isn't exactly "impossible." At the very least, the police confirm that he was put into a car and beaten. A couple days ago I remember reading someone saying it would be "impossible" to beat someone ON The Strip because of all the cops, that they'd have to be in a back alley, etc. Well, if you put someone in a car and beat them ON The Strip... Not to say that piece of evidence being thrown in makes the rest plausible, but it would seem the "impossible" may not always be such.
Of course, while it's been a while since I've posted much, I've always been known for my far-flung conspiracy theories, so take all of that for what it's worth.
