I think he can be much worse. Walter is a project that hasn't even proven he can play in this league. McCown and Pep are career backups at this point. Both Walter and Pep turn the ball over way too much. Walter was pathetic when he came in last year against green bay. Cpep fumbles the ball too much, even from the snap. Maybe you guys need to go back and watch the games of these 2.
