It always infuriated me that the Raiders had all this 'talent', and could'nt post up more than 8 wins. That's not to say that I'm not optimistic about this season, just not for a playoff berth. I feel the same way, I'm tired of potential and looking great on paper... get it done plain and f**king simple...
