I suppose we could sit on here and discuss everything that is wrong with the team, but it probably wouldn't lead to many hits for the site, and the continuation of a place for us all to talk. Everyone hates on the catchphrases like Commitment to Excellence, and Just Win Baby, but the expectation of success is what drives the organization and motivates us as fans to keep coming back to the team we love.
I don't care about what happens in May, I care about what happens in September, October, November and December.

The reason I hate those catchphrases is because they are empty hollow promises. I'm a fan regardless I don't have to be motivated to watch this team most of us watch in spite of their flaws and failures, I don't have issue with people believing the hype...
