Not only do we have McFadden, but we have Bush (and Fargas).

BOTH are going to pound the rock. McFadden has awesome break away speed, but Bush can't be overlooked by defenses.

BOTH can catch extremely well out of the backfield.

BOTH can throw the ball very well.

I'm anxious to see how many two-back sets we line up. As a DC, what do you do? We can run hard with either guy. We can send McFadden (arguably either) in motion as a receiver. We can toss, roll and throw with either one... to either one (or one of our highly improved receivers as you pointed out).

This will be a problem for defenses. I like giving opposing defenses problems.

Yeah, I left our some stuff.
I hope Bush will be a hammer.
I think Miller will be even better since JRuss will be throwing to him.
I think Wade will be a big upgrade at center and will be good for JRuss.
I think Robert will be a moster at LG where he'll make a huge impact.
I'm guessing that out of all the questionmarks we've gotten, some will pay off like DBurg did.
I'm hoping Ryan will use the improved secondary to help the run defense and the coverage underneath.
I'm hoping Kiffin comes up with plays to take advantage of the big arm and the big legs he has.
I'm assuming that Cable will build on his incredible job from last season and find a guy who's at least as good as Sims was, and perhaps much better.
I'm hoping the defensive helmet radios will let us beat the NE Rats ;)

3 Buy coach/staff to implement plan that fits our personnel. Scheme for their particular talents. Don't be a jerk, even if the player is
If you get rid of all the prima donnas, you won't have a good team.
With the #1 defense, you only need so many points to win the Superbowl.
