I guess the NFL truly is all about speed. I see a lot of guys on that list who were very productive football players in the NCAA but who just don't meet some of the size/speed that NFL teams seem to be looking for.

I'll still be very surprised is Jamie Silva (S for Boston College) doesn't at least make a contribution as a Special Teamer for some NFL team. He is undersized and didn't time well at the 40, but he made too many tackles and big plays for me to believe that he can't make it somewhere.
