Angry Premium Question
My dad had me buy the Holiday Package yesterday with his Credit Card. When I bought it, it didn't ask for a shirt size or a user name so that I could get credited for buying premium.

How will I know when I'll get premium? Is there only 1 size of shirt? And it didn't ask for a shipping address, just a billing address so now I'm afraid all the stuff will be shipped to his house and not mine for Christmas...

HELP!!!!!
