– The most important player on the Raiders wants Tom Cable as his head coach.

“He brought us from one direction and took us up the ladder,” quarterback JaMarcus Russell said. “He always told us that deep down he thought we were a good football team. By him becoming (head) coach, he guided us in a different way. He talked to us about what needed to be done, we need to make some changes and within that, I think we did.”

JR is the future of this org -- just facts.

If he is good, it will have a dramatic influence on this team, especialyl if he is no. 1 overall caliber good and shows he is deserving of such status. A QB of that caliber is worth 10-years of success and/or 10 years of not having to find a QB like that....

If he tanks it, this org. will regress due to time, money etc. spent in trying to develop a bust.

Problem is, Al doesnt listen to many people, so why should he listen to a kid who is trying to still find himself in this league?

One thing i dont like is how he handle mcfadden this year i know he was beat up but i feel he could have gotten some more balls along the way after he came back i mean if he was ok to get the ball at the end of the game then why not start that early in the first!

al davis knows how to better the team and keeping tom cable is the way to go! a raider fan turning the team around? i think al knows what to do best and this is it!
