I say we put Madsen in on every 3rd down and in short yardage situations ALL the time.

There seems to have been positives as well, despite the 7 drops, but Jerry wont spin the ball that way. Instead of "Russell shines in 3rd down situations" it's gotta have a doomy ring to it. Oh well.

Hopefully we hit te draft hard for WR and OL next year, and make at least one quality FA aquisition like Boldin. We're 0/2 in "top tier" WR aquisitions.

This Saturday will give us the truest measuring stick as to where we are at in the regard of team cohesion.

So this offseason we got Russell no new weapons. Maybe we should just convert McFadden into a wide reciever

This has become pathetic. Of all the guys I was hoping we could count on, Curry has been the biggest disappointment to me.

Maybe once the season starts they'll get their acts together, but you practice like you play and that's a scary thought for this crew.

can catching be worked on? stay after practice with a JUGS machine or a backup quarterback and just catch hundreds of balls??? do that all pre-season long, if needed. isn't it that simple to correct?

i'm not a receiver but i find it hard to believe that a professional "RECEIVER" can't receive the ball and doesn't know how to correct the problem.

When?You have to be related to the guy.He isnt a raider anymore,as you like to say,time to take down your Stu/Porter photos.For someone who is"brutaly honest"you keep the blinders on for guys you like.Porter missed the whole preseason with a strained pussy just like when he was here.
