Sundays game against Cleveland: This is what I will do

If these players will continue to act like babies that all they care is to cash their check and get this season over with.

I (as a fan) who paid for these tickets with my hard earned dollar will do the following:

I am going to will my team to have something in them and maybe they will get it.

I am going to try to show them that I am a fan, and still behind them.

I will cheer for them until my voice is gone (even if there is nothing to cheer about)

I am going to will them to care as much as I do by showing them that I still care eventhough I know they dont anymore. I will wear my Silver and Black jersey with pride and maybe they can wake up and have some passion........

I will try all of this hoping that it will work, I will try all of these things and if I fail? I did my job the best I know how and I can say with PRIDE that yes I am a Raider win lose or tie!

I am tired of hoping these players will do what they are getting paid for to do. I will do my part and hopefully they will somehow get it.

Pride and Poise are not just words, and after yesterday? I dont know if any of these players (I know there are a few) that can look at the fans straight in the eye and say..........."we did not rob you". "we did our best" , "left everything out there" etc etc

Good for you! Atleast we know for sure that someone is ready for the game and will show up. Hopefully our ball club plays with a lot more passion and speed these next three weeks.

We're not just fans, we're the Nation. Players will come and go, based on contracts and money, but we'll be here in the ups and the downs, whether we win or lose. Thats why we are the Raider Nation. We don't get paid to wear silver and black, we pay the players to make us proud.

Good post. Just before reading it, I was thinking, I really don't care about this game after Sunday's performance. It would be the first time ever I didn't care about a Raider game. Not that I'd ever stop being a fan, it's just tougher this year with the great expectations, then came the bad calls, bad QB, really bad coaching, players not playing hard, hell even Lechler and Seabass are stinking it up.

But you're right, I'll still cheer and then call for Norv's head if he continures to be an idiot, and I'll cheer and hope beyond hope the week after that we kick some donkey butt two years in a row in Denver. Gotta keep the faith, cheer the team and whatever QB is playing - Raiders for life!!!
