My pick is Lamont Jordan.
He runs hard, tells it like it is AND accepts blame when he screws up.
Look what he did with the Jets with a decent OL. Now look what he's doing with us, with a crappy OL. He's a solid running back with little OL support. Look at how many times he's hit after a one yard gain. Look at how many times he's hit right at the line of scrimmage and still gains two yards. Those two yards are because of great effort, not because of great offensive line play.
Jordan epitomizes what being a Raider is all about.
Imagine Barry Sims stepping up and saying, "I suck. I cost us this game." Or TE Courtney Anderson saying, "I don't know what I was thinking. . .getting those false start penalties."
Folks, the Raiders need someone who will get in these players' faces when they make stupid penalties. And the team needs more leaders like Jordan.

Lamont Jordan....agreed.
I like though ceritan core players we have such as Gallery, Porter, Moss, Morrison, Clark, Burgess...but this teams needs a new face at HC to try to get this talent up to par and effetive.
I would have to say Burgess. Good pash rushers are hard to come by in the nfl.
Moss
Randy Moss.
Best WR in the game right now.
Kirk Morrison ... cause i like to start at the bottom :P ...he's gonna be defensive captain in a few years ... mark my words ><
Moss....always keep a play maker
Pain heals, chicks dig scars, glory lasts forever...

We want to win. The Raider fans deserve it. The Raider players deserve it, even my organization deserves it. You have to win and you have to win with a vision for the Super Bowl. That's our passion here. - Al Davis![]()
Its hard to choose just one guy. Lamont Jordan, Randy Moss, Jerry Porter, Derrick Burgess....there are still a lot others who have played hard this year.
Andrew Walter...he's the future

I would take Sapp. Strictly for his no BS desire. You know exactely where you stand with Warren and he goes 110%. He was having a "comeback player of the year" type of season.
"Be on time, pay attention, and play like Hell when I tell you to" - John Madden's three and only rules.

It's sad to see no one took JP. I'll take my boy from West Virginia. Also, T.O. is (much) better than Moss, for the 100th time...
