I know ppl might not like my opions and I am gonna get heat for them but...I gotta say them to let steem off...and I truely think these are the reasons.

Its quit simple...we choked. We have the talent to win, I see the effort, the emotion, but why arent we...why are we loosing with this talent like we are...

2. Collins being as inconsictent as possible

This coaching staff has got to go. Face the facts and stop making excuses for them, do u really think we will be a playoff team with how they call and run the game. Stop blayming the reffs...its our own falt. Turner and Raye with there horrible offensive playcalling, Ryan and his changing DE's to OLB's, which showed today when Tyler couldnt cover Tony Gonz. This team is so inconsictent...which u have to point fingures at the coaches for that. Not preparing them enough etc...We have the talent but were not going anywhere with it.

Ask ur selves this question...
Do u really see this team going to or winning in the playoffs with this coaching staff??

2. Collins has gotta go...he so inconsictent. Again...do u really fell like u have shot when Collins is QB...dont mention a playoff game. He throws the offense out of wack. He is not moblie at all and dosent seem to have comand of the offense. Give me one reason why he should be are QB for the rest of this year and not Walter...wut are we gaining with him except losses.

I think we should start looking at trying to find a new head coach and seeing if Walter can lead this offense.

Stop blaming the reffs...stop making excuses...face it we just dont win. Good teams find ways to win no matter wut and we dont. This team is so so inconsictent and its the coachin falut. Not getting them ready etc...i cant say it enough.

All I ask is ppl stop making excuses for the coaches and reffs and players and look at why we are loosing. No not bad luck...look deeper than that..and then u will see wut I see. We have the talent but were not going anywhere with it.

1. Bitch and moan about it and not get anywhere
or
2. Do some freakin thing about it

1 u get nowhere...2 gets u somwhere

Lets hope the raiders go with 2 and do somehting...anything to get this team winning and playoff bound [ not this season ] but maybe the next...
