Norv Turner on Walters

Rookie quarterback Andrew Walter incurred the wrath of Norv Turner for holding on to the ball for too long in the first session, with Turner imploring him, “Get rid of it, get rid of it!'’ It didn’t get much better in the second session. When playing in a nine-on-nine sequence in which the center has no one in front of him, Walter fumbled a snap.
“What are you doing? What are you doing?'’ Turner yelled. “That’s the first time in the history of nine-on-nine there’s been a fumbled snap.'’

Walter later threw an interception directly into the hands of Derrick Gibson without an intended receiver in sight.

wow I didnt no norv had a mean side to him thats good to hear we might a firey coach
glad gibson didnt drop that though, walter will get more heat if its an INT and not a PD, the more heat he gets the better the QB he will become.

I like Norv being tough. He is teh coach. He needs to be the disipline.

Walters is a rookie. There is a reason only 4 rookie qbs in NFL history have ever had a winning record(10 starts or above)

Hes a rookie, #1 picks at QB's almost always do awful, why would Walters be any differerent?

Norv knows if he can't get this offense going with the weapons he has he is done....

I believe you will see a very stressed Turner if things don't go well early(obvious). We need another experienced QB and send this Rookie to NFL Europe next yr. Who will be the Veteran QB signed ? A previoulsy Norv coached QB would be best.
