Sounds good to me. I would already trade our third pick for Surtain.
Not to sound stupid, but since we got more drafts from buchanon. I think this is what we should do with Charles Woodson/Jolley if the raiders want to get rid of him.
I would trade Charles Woodson for any first round draft pick just because getting rid of that 10.5 million plus a 1st round draft choice I feel is worth it.
With buchannon, woodson, and jolley gone we will have atleast 12 million in salary cap the way I see it, and if we don't have any high profile draft picks because we will be probably be atleast 20 and up for the first round we wont have to spend big money on a no namer and can instead spend that money on people that have proved themself..
with that money we could pick up LB's or get CB's ty law, dyson, surtain etc.
Because most players even ty law, dyson, surtain etc will sign cheap if you give them a high signing bonus. with 12 million you could easily pick up 4 quality players.. 2 CB's and 2 LB's and that is what we really need.

Good thought, the next day huge cut down is when June?
i have thought of that....thats not a bad idea
Since we need signing bonus money, maybe Al will trade Jolley for cash. Then we can sign Dyson once we get rid of Woodson, and still have some cap relief.
Nice Post.......Count me in!!!!!!! Where do I sign
Not only that but there is a real possibility that he wouldn't be here next year even if he plays for us this year. We need to get something while we can for cripe's sake.Originally Posted by KC_Rulez
