I think what the Raiders need is a pass rusher.

Be it at DE or OLB I think the Raiders need to get another pass rusher in the draft with the 1st pick. I think that is what they need badly. What do you guys think?

Even if it's a situational guy who can come in on passing downs and wreck havoc.

Not sure about the DE I think we may have that guy in either Kenny Smith, Derrick Burgess or Mark Word. LB is a definate need. Definatly first pick best LB available.

what position do you think that we should get for our 2nd pick?
i think that we are hurting so bad at linebacker, that it wouldnt hurt to pick up two in the draft. so what do you guys think?

we need no other player we got a soild core everyone look at the team, wood, clark, p. buchanon, washington, sapp who is going back to the defense he nows best, we don't need a allstar line up, the thing we need are better defensive schemes, we have to many close games, we are in position to win then team score on us like in 45 seconds, like the KC game last season, we need better coaching from Ryan! And a hell of effort from the young guys like stu, brayton, and Amo. We also need to focus on our 3rd down defense, i went to the Titans game last season, it was my first ever Raider Game by the way, we were playing good defense first and second down, then always open reciever all over the field on 3rd down, and that all i got to say about that.

maybe a DT in the third. i dont know, but i have the sapp jersey and i would like to have a reason to wear it. so i hope he beats them down this year!

I think if the team improves on pass rush they can get by with CBs like Hill starting (NE showed that last year) and then maybe trade Woodson or P Buch. I think the key to pass defense is pass rush - The Cardinals showed that last year. You don't need all-pros in the secondary if your passrushers are sacking and hurrying the QB and if they are not then having all-pros won't matter cause seperation will eventually occur if a QB has all day back there.
