I see us picking Fitz so right now I would say pickup AJ Feely (as mentioined by someone on here) to compete w/ Tui. I see a 25% chance of Gannon coming back.

I havent seen enough from Tui to really garner if hes a starter or a backup. We have too many holes, and I know that no one on defense looks worthy of our 2nd overall pick, but hey, it will all change during the combine, need I mention Dewayne Robertson, Kyle Boller, and all the other workout stars?

Feeley, and we get a lineman on either of the ball, and a WR round 2 to complement Porter. If Green comes in we will probably get Roethlisberger, O line help, and another speed WR and go all deep pass... Vertical football will return.

It mostly depends on what the coach wants, but if i was the incoming coach I'd evaluate Gannon first, and if he can go like he did in 2002 then I'd draft Fizgerald with the #2 pick then go after Rivers in the second round or even trade up to get him. Then in the fifth round Id get Craig Bragg so we'll have a nice deep threat and short route combos with 3 young receivers in bragg, porter and fitgerald to finish learning the position from Brown and Rice. Or Fitz is taken by SD then we get Eli Manning and think defense for the draft then sign Dennis Northcut and take a look at Keyshawn. The offense isn't going to be hard to repair the players are out there, we just need to get some key players in on defense. Theres no telling the way werre gonna go right now its maddening, on the coach, on draft day trades. Its a circus

My first post! Nice to see all my fellow raider fans. I change my mind about the draft daily. Go offensively or sure up the D? I wouldn't mind Tommie Harris and maybe Schweigert in the second. On the offensive side of things, take Larry Fitz and maybe Perry or my sleeper Michael Turner in the second.

Im at the point where I dont care. As long as we dont draft a QB in the 1st or 2nd round, I dont have a problem with Gannon starting or Tui starting. And I dont have a problem with us drafting Fitz, Reggie Williams, Roy Williams, Sean Taylor or Vince Wilfolk. I'd prefer to trade back and get Reggie and a D-lineman in the mid first round.

Me too. The D-lineman being Randy Starks or Keneche Udeze or Will Smith. If Fitzgerald is available at #2 I think we should definitely grab him.

I've said this numerous times in the last few months and I'm gonna stick with it until I know if Fitzgerald is actually coming out or not; As much as I would like to trade down and spend our picks in rounds 1 and 2 on defense, if Fitzgerald is available at #2 overall I think there's no way we should pass up on him. He's just too damn good.
